Workshops & Advisory

Earn a 5% referral bonus on the commissionable base of eligible Workshop or Advisory orders when those services are offered through the program.
Each new engagement requires an eligible referral. A prior membership referral does not automatically attribute future professional work. The applicable MSA, engagement SOW, and payment terms must be accepted before work begins.
Participation requires EBD’s acceptance and a separately accepted Affiliate Program Agreement. This page summarizes the program; it does not enroll anyone, issue a tracking link, attribute an order, or schedule a payout.

Membership payment terms
Monthly billing
Each eligible payment for one monthly service period uses one month of the allowance. An upgrade, additional seat charge, or installment for that same period does not create another commissionable month.
Exceptional annual billing
A full annual prepayment by a newly referred purchaser uses all 12 months. The commissionable share of an annual payment is the unused allowance divided by 12, capped at 100% of the annual base. No later annual renewal earns commission once the allowance is exhausted.
After three eligible monthly payments, nine paid months remain. Only 9/12 of the following otherwise eligible annual payment’s commissionable base qualifies for the 35% rate. Switching billing frequency does not start a new allowance.
Changing tiers, seats, accounts, or billing frequency does not reset the allowance or count a service period twice. An unpaid pause does not consume it. Monthly commissions are not subject to a universal 12-calendar-month cutoff. Partial periods, credits, and reversals follow the Affiliate Program Agreement.
Commission payout terms
Net 30
Eligible standard commissions are due 30 calendar days after the underlying customer funds become available to EBD in its payment account. This includes eligible monthly-period charges and Workshop or Advisory commissions.
Net 90
Commissions attributable to an annual membership service period, including annual-period upgrades, are due on day 90 and are held for the full 90 calendar days before release.
The funds-availability date is day zero. A later transfer to EBD’s bank does not restart the clock. EBD initiates payout by the due date, or on the first following banking business day if the agreed method cannot process that day; bank transit time is separate. There is no minimum payout threshold. Ordinary review does not restart the payment period. The agreement governs specifically affected disputed amounts, legally required payment information, adjustments, and their bounded resolution process.

Before you begin
No. The limit is one shared allowance of 12 paid membership months. Monthly billing is limited to the first 12 eligible monthly payments; exceptional annual billing uses only the remaining allowance. It does not create 12 annual commissions or restart the allowance.
The commissionable base is the amount actually collected for the eligible product or service after discounts, excluding transaction taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. Customer payment-processing fees are not deducted. For eligible Workshop or Advisory work, separately identified reimbursed third-party expenses are also excluded. EBD does not deduct its ordinary affiliate-payout fees from commissions.
A full refund or chargeback reverses the related commission and restores only the allowance allocated to that reversed purchase. A partial reversal reduces the base and restores allowance only where a paid service period is actually removed and is not funded by another valid payment. Ordinary cancellation with access through the paid period does not restore the allowance. Canceling and rejoining does not create a new referred purchaser or a new allowance.
The program uses a 30-calendar-day referral window. For memberships, an eligible referral must precede the purchaser’s first qualifying paid membership purchase; an existing free subscriber may qualify. Customer-selected referral codes and timely customer-confirmed corrections take priority over automated attribution. Once established, membership attribution continues for the remaining allowance.
When optional tracking is declined or unavailable, a customer-confirmed manual claim may be sent within 30 calendar days after the qualifying purchase. Declining tracking does not itself disqualify an otherwise valid referral. The agreement defines competing referrals, verification, and separate Workshop or Advisory referral timing.
Applicants must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter the agreement. Tell EBD about your audience and proposed referral activity. Self-referrals and the agreement’s defined related-party purchases do not qualify. Application review does not guarantee acceptance, income, or availability of an offer. The program rewards eligible customer referrals, not recruiting other affiliates.
Explain the offer accurately and disclose the commercial relationship near the recommendation. For example: “I may earn a commission if you join EBD through my referral.” Read the Affiliate & Sponsored Content Disclosures.
