Business operations · Payroll & labor · People leadership
Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience across accounting, payroll, and operational leadership. Her career connects the financial detail of running a business with the people and processes responsible for delivering the work.
Her background includes government contracting, multistate payroll, and workforce systems including Deltek Costpoint and UKG. She combines financial process knowledge with team leadership and process improvement, bringing a practical understanding of how complex operations function day to day.
At EBD, Jennifer connects that experience to business operations, content development, and the practical application of enterprise knowledge. Her focus is on clear processes, dependable execution, and resources that help professionals put complex requirements into practice.
Enterprise transformation · Business systems · Finance & governance
Matthew brings more than 25 years of professional experience spanning entrepreneurship, business operations, enterprise systems, and transformation. His work connects strategy, finance, governance, people, and technology to the way an organization actually operates.
He previously led ERP and enterprise business systems work at Shield AI, advised government contracting and enterprise organizations through Deltek, and founded HDScores. That experience informs his approach to understanding the relationships behind complex business problems.
At EBD, Matthew brings that perspective to the knowledge system, analysis, frameworks, tools, and learning experiences. His focus is on helping leaders turn evidence and business knowledge into practical decisions, stronger operating capabilities, and work their teams can use.
Useful business knowledge should be clear, practical, and accessible to people with different experiences and ways of working. That commitment informs how we explain complex ideas, develop resources, and build EBD.
