Enterprise by Design, LLC ("EBD") is committed to making its website, resources, and learning experiences accessible to people with disabilities. Our aim is to help people find information, manage their membership, use our resources, and participate in our services in ways that work for them.
Our accessibility goal
Our design target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA for the website content and features we manage.
We prioritize clear page structure, readable text, useful descriptions of images and charts, keyboard access, visible focus, understandable forms, and accessible account and privacy controls. Accessibility is also a priority when preparing documents, media, tools, and learning materials.
This target guides our development and review work. It is not a statement that the entire website, every resource, or every connected service currently conforms to WCAG.
Current status and limitations
Our review work will assess complete service journeys. Full conformance across the live website has not been established through a comprehensive independent audit for this statement. We will assess reported barriers and update this statement as our findings and services change.
Joining, signing in, and using the website's cookie-preference controls currently require JavaScript. Documents, media, and services delivered through other platforms also need their own review; compatibility with every browser and assistive-technology combination has not been established.
The online contact form is not yet available. See the contact options below if you need help or want to report a barrier.

Accessibility Requests
107 Assateague Court
Ocean City, MD 21842
United States
Please include a way for us to reply and, where relevant:
- The page address, document, resource, or course involved.
- What you were trying to do and what prevented you from doing it.
- The format or assistance that would help.
- Any relevant assessment, event, or other time-sensitive date.
Information about your browser, device, or assistive technology is helpful but optional. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to report a website barrier. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or medical records in your first message. If limited additional information is needed for a particular accommodation, we will explain what is needed and arrange a suitable channel.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility inquiries within five business days after receipt. The time needed to resolve an issue depends on its nature. Please identify urgent timing so we can take it into account. This response goal does not postpone any applicable legal deadline or determine eligibility for assistance.
Learning and assessment accommodations
As Academy courses become available, learners may request reasonable accommodations for course materials, activities, quizzes, and final assessments. We review requests individually and provide accommodations as required by applicable law.
The planned Academy final assessment has a standard time allowance of 120 minutes. That standard does not, by itself, determine an accommodation request. Appropriate arrangements may include additional time, breaks, accessible documents, captions or transcripts, assistive-technology access, or another effective way to participate.
We will discuss the access need and suitable arrangements, taking account of what the activity is intended to assess and applicable requirements. If a requested arrangement cannot be provided, we will discuss effective alternatives. We do not charge for accessibility accommodations that we are legally required to provide.
Please contact us before starting an assessment when possible, or as soon as an access need becomes apparent. A request is not automatically excluded because it was made close to an assessment or event.
Connected services and updates
Some account, payment, media, and learning functions are provided through other platforms. Please report barriers involving those functions to EBD so we can coordinate with the provider and consider an effective accessible option.
We will update this statement when our contact arrangements, accessibility findings, or services materially change.
